Within the wide variety of homes that Wake Robin offers, of various sizes and styles, two things are always the same:
- Each home offers our Life Care services
- Whatever cottage or apartment you choose, you’re invited to make it your own home. Bring your own furniture; we’ll paint the walls, install new carpet, and work with you to set up a home that is uniquely yours.
Every Wake Robin home offers laundry, a full kitchen, a master bath and a patio or deck. Some also feature two full baths and walk-in closets in the master bedroom. We recently finished construction of a new neighborhood of 37 cottages. Each one features an attached garage, energy-efficient appliances and environmentally friendly building materials.
In all Wake Robin residences, approximately 38 percent of the one-time entrance fee and the monthly fee are eligible, tax-deductible medical expenses for federal income tax purposes, depending on your circumstances. And of course, these fees entitle you to our Life Care.
