Please don’t hesitate to call or email us. We love to meet people, and we’d like to get to know you.
Nancy Chiquoine Director of Marketing & Resident Services

1. Come visit. We’ll be happy to schedule a visit, so you can sit down with one of our Marketing/Resident Services staff members. This is an important step in evaluating whether Wake Robin’s Life Care option is right for you.
2. Become a Priority Depositor. If you want to live at Wake Robin someday, you’ll want to become a Priority Depositor by submitting a $2,000 fully refundable deposit, plus a $250 non-refundable administrative fee. Once you are a Priority Depositor, we’ll keep you informed of Community events—and invite you to join us and get a feel for Wake Robin. All admissions begin at the Priority Depositor level.
3. Become an Interim Depositor If you want to move to Wake Robin within 24 months, you’ll become an Interim Depositor. As an Interim Depositor, you will make two choices: which home style you prefer, and what your desired date is for moving in. A fully refundable $2,000 deposit payment and a $250 per person non-refundable application fee are also due.
4. Tell Us You’re Ready! When you wish to move to Wake Robin within a year, let us know. At this point, you’ll complete financial eligibility and physical screenings. We’ll contact you when you are next on the list and an opening becomes available.
