Social Worker

Wake Robin seeks a Social Worker to provide case management, educational, individual support to residents and family members within our heath services community.  Our SW will coordinate the Medicare process, prepare care plans, and act as liaison with external medical/support services for the benefit of our residents. Candidates will have a minimum 2 years professional experience providing social services to older adults, a thorough understanding of Medicare and skilled nursing regulations related to social services, and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
