Think you might want to live at Wake Robin someday? Become a Depositor.

You can become a Depositor by submitting a $4,000 fully refundable deposit, plus a non-refundable $700 administrative fee. We’ll also ask you to complete a preliminary financial review. As a Depositor, we’ll keep you informed of Community events and invite you to join us to get a feel for Wake Robin. All admissions begin at the Depositor level.

Step up to the Ready List.

Once you are a Depositor, you should notify Wake Robin when you wish to join the active queue for your preferred homes styles (the “Ready List”) and are willing to receive an offer as your preferred home styles become available. At present, the estimated wait for select one-bedroom apartments (no den) is 8± years. For most other homes, apartments or cottages, the estimated wait can range from 10-15± years depending on the style.

Your Marketing team member will contact you when a home becomes available. After you accept a home offer, we will schedule health assessment, collect a non-refundable health assessment fee, and revisit your financial review with support documentation.
