Wake Robin seeks a dedicated nursing assistant with a strong desire to work within a community of seniors. Wake Robin seeks LNA’s licensed in Vermont to provide high quality care in a fast paced residential and long-term care environment, while maintaining a strong sense of “home”. Wake Robin, Vermont’s premiere retirement community, seeks a skilled Nurse Manager for our 5-star rated health center. Wake Robin provides high quality nursing care in a fast paced residential and long-term care environment, while maintaining a strong sense of “home”.
The Nurse Manager oversees the delivery and coordination of care during the evening shift. This individual manages care plans and related documentation, reinforces best practices, acts as primary liaison with families and other care providers, coordinates staffing resources for the shift, and provides primary nursing care when needed. The successful candidate will be an RN in the State of Vermont, with a minimum of two years of clinical oversight experience in a long term care or related setting. S/he will demonstrate a solid understanding of geriatric care delivery, and the ability to lead and communicate with others in a positive and supportive manner.
Employment Status: Full-Time Days
This professional health care position provides direct nursing care to the meet the needs of the residents and works under general supervision from the Nursing Supervisor. Primary responsibilities include supervision of assigned aides, performance of skilled treatments and procedures, and assisting the Nursing Supervisor with oversight of activities of daily living, family/social concerns and completion of all necessary paperwork/MDS data and health care plans. Must have a valid VT LPN or RN license.

This is a perfect opportunity for individuals with the time and drive to begin their working experience, or for professionals who wish supplement their current career endeavors.

Vermont’s premiere continuing Care Retirement Community seeks a member to join our housekeeping team Housekeepers work collaboratively to support residents who live independently as well as those who live in residential care. Housekeepers are critical to the wellbeing of residents and the quality of the Wake Robin environment. Candidates must have housekeeping or industrial cleaning experience.
