Think you might want to live at Wake Robin someday? Become a Priority Depositor.

You can become a Priority Depositor by submitting a $4,000 fully refundable deposit, plus a non-refundable administrative/application fee. We’ll also ask you to complete a financial eligibility screening. As a Priority Depositor, we’ll keep you informed of Community events—and invite you to join us and get a feel for Wake Robin. All admissions begin at the Priority Depositor level.

When you wish to move to Wake Robin within a year, let us know. At this point, we will revisit your financial eligibility and then have you complete a physical screening. We’ll contact you when you are next on the list and an opening becomes available.
