Linden Health Center

Wake Robin is a Life Plan Community (also known as a CCRC–Continuing Care Retirement Community). This means that, when you move to Wake Robin, your health needs can be met right here in our Linden Health Center.

Whether you need licensed residential, skilled nursing, or memory care, our philosophy of care is focused on you. We approach each person with the goal of maintaining the best possible quality of life – as defined by the resident. Our goal is to join with you and your family to honor your decisions and address your physical, social, and emotional needs.

Since the Linden Health Center is right in the community, residents have the luxury of remaining “at home” if nursing support is needed. Spouses, partners, relatives and friends in the Wake Robin community are only a few steps away—and Linden residents continue to participate in Wake Robin community life.health center staff checking mobility
